Human Resources

An innovating, respectful outlook

An innovating outlook, because we believe that it is possible to be competitive and still work in a welcoming, friendly environment.

A respectful outlook because our HR strategy is organised around respect for sustainable development.

Encouraging diversity and equal opportunity

EURO CRM is a business with strong values of citizenship that is committed to combating all forms of discrimination and promoting diversity through its recruitments and its organisation. In March 2009, it signed the Diversity Charter for all its sites. This commitment reaffirms how important diversity is in our development policy and confirms our commitment to a socially responsible approach to business.

This charter is in keeping with our code of conduct based on respect for the individual and equal opportunity; it completes the actions we have already taken to integrate handicapped employees, to promote male/female parity and to give people without professional qualifications access to jobs.

Encouraging integration of handicapped employees

In 2006, EURO CRM signed an agreement with ARACT and other organisations in order to integrate and train handicapped workers. Our intention is to cooperate with non-profit organisations to encourage hiring from this segment of the population through multiple actions:

  • Instituting partnerships and measures to encourage recruiting of handicapped employees,
  • Organising "Job dating", visits to our sites (to better understand the job), on-the-job evaluation (traineeship), participation in the Handi Café (job fair reserved for handicapped workers)
  • Employing a human resources assistant especially to take care of these projects,
  • Training for some supervisors in 2007/2008 in integrating handicapped workers in call centres focussing on the major themes: factors in proper integration, support and structures to rely on, suitability of positions, communication, etc. GEnsuring social dialogue

Our human resources policy is inspired by fundamental social principles. It takes into account workforce diversity, the context as well as specifics related to the host country. Because employees and their representatives should have a privileged place in the company, EURO CRM seeks to institute a policy of social dialogue on all of their sites, both in France and abroad.

Since its founding, EURO CRM has been developing a fair approach to human resources in order to recruit, train, assist and promote loyal employees.

By virtue of this Charter, EURO CRM undertakes to:

  • Raise awareness of and inform employees of the issues of non-discrimination and diversity
  • Apply and promote the principle of non-discrimination
  • Reflect, in its workforce, the diversity of French society
  • Communicate on its commitment
  • Make its diversity policy a tool for discussing with staff representatives
  • Include in its annual report a chapter describing its commitment
