After studying Sociology & Psychology at College in England, Amanda worked in the Health Care field for a couple of years before moving to Canada.

Amanda’s call centre career started in 1993 when she joined DMS Market Services as a Call Centre Sales Representative. Over the following six years, Amanda remained with the company during the transition to Phonettix Intelecom and then Minacs Worldwide. During this time, Amanda held the positions of QA Representative, Supervisor, Assistant Operations Manager and National Manager while working with a variety of clients from the Telecommunications, Insurance and Financial industries. From Minacs, Amanda joined Chapters Online as the Senior Customer Service Manager.

Prior to joining the Euro CRM Group, Amanda was the General Manager, Call Centre for a 200 seat outsourcing call centre. In this role she managed the Operations department as well as HR.

Amanda’s current role as Vice President, Administration and Human Resources for Euro CRM involves overall daily management of Euro CRM Americas Inc, responsible for ensuring all Client and Corporate objectives are achieved and exceeded. Amanda brings to this role and in-depth knowledge of Call Centre metrics (Outbound, Inbound), knowledge of Call Centre technology, training/coaching techniques, budget management and employee management.
