A graduate of IDRAC-Lyon, Arnaud Gras, benefits from more than 10 years of experience in the field of remote service, both on the side of the announcer (ALCATEL TELECOM) and the suppliers (ATOS, VITALICOM, SNT, TELEPERFORMANCE), where he achieved great success serving in project, training, and quality roles: ISO 9001 certification for the pan-European PEUGEOT project in Lyon.

He joined EURO CRM in 2005 to set up and monitor the group’s quality/training strategy. At the end of its first phase, in 2007, Arnaud Gras joined the group’s offshore platform in Moka (Mauritius) as Director of Operations.
