Graduate of the university of Kansas, holding an MBA degree.

He made the main part of his career within international companies in the sector of convenience goods (Nestlé, Colgate, Palmolive) and luxury goods (Richemont). He has held marketing and sells director functions. Besides, he has co-created an internet start-up of BtoC e-services with on interactive platform of telemarketing.

He has joined EURO CRM in March 2011 with the mission to develop the customers/services mix of the company through of the implementation of new high added value solutions.
