Capacity of the Troyes site is doubled (from 150 to 300 positions)

The offer goes global with the opening of the centre in Moka on Mauritius (250 positions). Additions planned for 2010

Opening of the 3rd contact centre in Chauny, in the Aisne region (200 positions)
2007:

2009:

March 2009:

March 2011:
Accreditation of the ALRS label (ethical commitment towards good social practices as an actor of the customer relationship industry).
