Possessing more than 20 years of international experience, and as a pioneer in the field of telemarketing and call centers, Jean-Louis Casanova has successfully executed major campaigns and projects for a diverse group of clients in key verticals, from Banking, Insurance, IT, Telecommunication, and retail sectors, etc.
His widespread and international career began in 1985 with CCI PHONE MARKETING AMERICA, as Account Director of the French subsidiary and therefore joined the MERCHANTS group in Great Britain taking responsibility for both the marketing and development of that company.
Jean-Louis Casanova’s progressive career continued with his appointment as the Director of Major Account Development of MATRIXX, a subsidiary of CINCINATI BELL (Atlanta).
Motivated by a strong entrepreneurial desire, and possessing true passion for his work, Jean-Louis Casanova created EURO CRM Group in 2000 with the ambition to provide clients with real added value; with results meeting or exceeding client objectives in order to build strong and sustainable relationships.
