Jean-Paul Michelet
Director of Project Development, EURO CRM Group.
With a degree in political Science, Jean-Paul Michelet has spent 15 years of his progressive career in the world of call centers and online services.
He began his career in 1986 with Phone Marketing System (which later became MATRIXX Marketing and the CONVERGYS, American Leader in the sector), before joining the SR TELEPERFORMANCE group, French and European Leader in remote customer relations, where he stayed from 2000 to 2004.
He rounded off his experience as director of projects/operations and Director of Development by joining PCCI (Premium Call Center International) in Senegal, one of the pioneers in outsourced activities in that country.
He joined EURO CRM in 2004 to contribute to its development in a horizontal role within the group (across multiple sites), with the goal of homogenizing all operational methods and procedures and bringing his expertise to the post –sales customer support phase.
