After a 5-year military career in engineering, Marc Messé joined the American law firm SHERMAN & STERLING as Technical Director in 1994.

Key responsibilities include purchasing, technical and logistical management at EURO CRM since 1999, he currently manages a team of 7 specialists responsible for telephony, network administration, and computer development.

This team, charged with keeping up with technological developments, has helped to implement the latest innovations in the group’s call centers in France, Mauritius and Canada.
