From 1986 to 1997, Pia Heitz Casanova has held various management positions within Phone Marketing: Program Director for Large Accounts, Director of Clientele, and then Director of Programs for one of the first dedicated organizations for FRANCE TELECOM.

After Phone Marketing was bought by MATRIXX GROUP CINCINNATI BELL (As was SYSCALL), she became Assistant General Manager of MATRIXX MARKETING FRANCE, before creating the Direct Response Telemarketing and MATRIXX Etudes branches in 1994, which she took under her management.

In 1997, Pia Heitz Casanova continued her career as CEO at ATOS ORIGIN TELESERVICES GmbH, and was responsible for supervising the PEUGEOT Pan- European customer call center project from end-to-end.

Pia Heitz Casanova, co-founder of the group, serves as President of EURO CRM France and EURO CRM Mauritius Ltd, which she intends to position as leaders in France and abroad in the world of call centers.
