Valérie Bémont has accumulated 15 years of experience in the field of telemarketing. For 10 years, she held a variety of positions, ranging from production and projects to recruitment and training. She successfully managed the ISO 9002 certification of the 2nd ranked company in the sector, MATRIXX MARKETING/CONVERGYS.

She then joined the ATOS ORIGIN Group to participate in setting up the pan-European PEUGEOT Automobiles Customer call center project in Lyon, taking responsibility for human resources, training and quality in a multilingual environment (6 European Countries).

Valérie Bémont joined EURO CRM Group in 2001, where she contributes to optimizing the company’s quality and development, focusing on human potential in its collective (employee development, internal communications, etc.) and individual (training, mobility, development, etc.) aspects.
