EURO CRM opens its second site in Mauritius, which houses 350 employees, in June 2012.

To cope with increasing demands for its offshore services, Euro CRM is opening its second site in Mauritius, to back up the first site in Moka which has a workforce of 400.

This location is strategic as the Ebene cybercity is close to the capital, Port Louis, and to the University of Mauritius, which means Euro CRM is ideally placed to recruit the best tertiary sector graduates.

Euro CRM’s technological skills are widely acknowledged. Indeed, our internal computer engineering department designs most of our IT solutions. This new site will include the latest technological innovations so as to offer customer relations services of the very highest level.

This new bilingual (French-English) call center will be open 24/7 with a wide range of multichannel customer services: incoming and outgoing calls, mail, email, SMS, web call back, chat etc.
