Founded in 2000 by Pia and Jean-Louis Casanova, EURO CRM has never ceased to grow and has become a leader in customer relations management. EURO CRM is an independent company. The founders hold 100% of the shares.

The group’s CRM solutions (strategy, media, data) are provided by some 1,800 workstations in 9 Web Call Centers, in France and overseas (Mauritius and the Caribbean).

History

2000 :
Foundation of EURO CRM.

2002 :
Launch of the site in Troyes, Aube.

2004 :
Launch of the international site in Moka, Mauritius.

2005 :
Launch of the 3rd contact center in Chauny, Aisne.

2007 :
Acquisition of a 4th contact center for customer services in Guadeloupe. Launch of a 5th web call center in Alençon, Orne.

2009:
Adoption of EURO CRM Impact, the group’s sustainable development strategic plan. Signature of diversity charter in March.

2011 :
Awarded the ALRS label (Association for the promotion of corporate social responsibility).
Obtained ORIAS accreditation (Register of insurance intermediaries).

2012 :
EURO CRM decides to seek NF certification for its Customer Care Center.
Became a member of PACITEL.
Launch of the 6th contact center in Ebene, Mauritius.
Launch of the 7th contact center in Lisieux, Normandy.

2014 :
Awarded NF Certification for its Customer Care Center, in France and Mauritius.

2015 :
Obtained the renewal of the Social Responsibility Label.

2016 :
Became a member of BLOCTEL.

2017 :
Obtained the renewal of the NF Certification and the Social Responsibility Label for its Customer Care Center, in France and Mauritius.

2018 :
Awarded ‘GDPR Governance Label’ by the CNIL.
