Pia Heitz Casanova

CEO of EURO CRM Group

From 1986 to 1990, Pia Heitz Casanova held various management positions at PHONE MARKETING: Key account manager, Customer Relations Manager then Programme Manager for one of the special units in France, for France Télécom.

When PHONE MARKETING was taken over by MATRIXX GROUP CINCINATI BELL in 1990, Pia was appointed deputy general manager of MATRIXX MARKETING France. In 1994 she set up and become manager of the Direct Response Telemarketing and Matrixx Etudes divisions.

In 1997, Pia Heitz Casanova was appointed CEO of ATOS ORIGIN TELESERVICES GmbH where she supervised the entire pan-European and multimedia customer contact centers project for PEUGEOT.

Pia Heitz Casanova, co-founder of the group, is CEO of EURO CRM France and EURO CRM Mauritius Ltd. She firmly intends to make both companies market leaders in the contact call centers market.

 

Grégoire de Labarre

General Deputy Manager EURO CRM Group

Grégoire-deLabarreA management graduate, Grégoire de Labarre has a thorough experience in relationship management and direct marketing, acquired in major companies such as Caisse d’Epargne, Orange France and in leading consulting firms.

He has designed and orchestrated three-pronged customer relations programmes based on the optimisation of omnichannel distribution schemas (path and process), knowledge development and customer experience and the commercial and operational efficiency of sales channels.

He joined our business development team in 2014 with the role of developing a new market offer, strengthening our consultancy role in designing systems and helping clients define and implement their projects.

Jean-Paul Michelet

Organisation & Processes Director EURO CRM Group

A Political Science graduate (IEP Paris), Jean-Paul has 15 years’ experience in the call center and teleservices field. He began his career at PHONE MARKETING SYSTEM in 1986 and then moved on to SR TELEPERFORMANCE, a French and European leader in distance customer relations, from 2000 to 2004.

He honed his skills as project/operations director and development director at Premium Call Center International (PCCI) in Senegal, a pioneer in delocalization.

In 2004, he joined EURO CRM as project development director to be responsible for standardising procedures and operational methods and to contribute his expertise in pre-sales support.

Renaud de Boisgrollier

IT Director EURO CRM Group

Renaud-deBoisgrollierA graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Commerce et de Bureautique de Tours (I.S.C.B.), Renaud de Boisgrollier began his career in 2000 as IT technician at IFCIL. He honed his computer engineering skills with Expectra in 2002.

In 2003, he joined Euro CRM as Systems and Networks administrator to implement a centralised, company-wide voice and data information system. In 2006, he became head of IT and was appointed a director in January 2014.

Today, Renaud heads an international team of 12 telephony, network administration and IT development specialists.
