In 2013, Orange Caribbean was the leading network in the West Indies/Guyana region in terms of customer satisfaction

Euro CRM plays a part in Orange Caribbean’s customer services. Orange is the leading network in the West Indies/Guyana in terms of customer services and coverage.

In an survey conducted by ARCEP In 2013, Orange Caribbean was the leading network in the West Indies/Guyana region in terms of customer satisfaction.

The criteria assessed were as follows:

  • Network coverage (in urban and rural areas)
  • Reception quality (cuts, sound)
  • Customer services
  • After-sales service

Network and customer services are of utmost importance to Orange, whose network offers the widest 2G and 3G coverage. Orange monitors the quality of its network via regular voice/SMS/data measurement campaigns. On 6 November, Evéa telecom conducted such a survey on the quality of coverage and customer services for the year 2013, in compliance with ARCEP guidelines for the West Indies/Guyana.

Once again, Orange Caribbean is leader in Guadeloupe, Martinique and Guyana for voice/SMS/data quality (Number one for network coverage and first or joint first for all other services tested) and is the number one network in terms of customer satisfaction in the West Indies/Guyana.
